Household Charge
The Household Charge is an annual charge introduced by the Local Government (Household Charge) Act 2011 which is payable by owners of residential property.
NPPR
The Local Government (Charges) Act 2009 introduces a €200 annual charge on non principal private residences, payable by the owners to the local authority in whose area the property concerned is located.
Private Rented Accomodation
Privately rented accommodation must be registered by the landlord with the Private Residential Tenancies Board and a registration fee paid.
Voluntary Housing Bodies
Voluntary Housing involves the provision of rented accommodation, (including communal facilities where appropriate) by Voluntary Housing bodies.
