Economic & Community Development SPC

Purpose & function of the committee

The purpose of the Economic & Community Development SPC is to assist in the Council’s decision making process and to advise on and formulate policy before being considered for adoption by the Elected Representatives of the full Council. The policy areas focussed upon by the SPC include Economic Development, Social Inclusion, Community Development, Sport and Recreation.

Economic & Community Development SPC Meetings

The Economic and Community Development SPC holds its meetings quarterly.  Meetings normally take place in the Council Chambers, at County Buildings, Mullingar.  The following is a schedule of this year’s SPC meetings, with links to meeting documentation.
